Position: Regional Sales Manager

Salary: Competitive

 

Primary Function

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager Trade Division, the role will help achieve the annual sales targets of the business by pro-active sales and by providing the highest levels of customer service.

 

Accountabilities/Typical Duties

  • Contact, visit and build relationships with new and existing IG Doors trade clients.
  • Follow up all leads within the set time scales and with the highest standards of customer service
  • Generate new customers through own endeavours.
  • Working to achieve individual, team and company sales and profit targets
  • Production of regular and ad-hoc reports as directed by Sales Manager.
  • Work closely with and provide support to the sales & marketing manager and the internal sales team
  • Maintenance of good customer relations and management of customer records via CRM, excel databases etc. as provided.
  • Dealing with customer service issues arising from trade sales
  • Liaise between customers and all I G Doors departments
  • Attend meetings and or marketing events as and when required
  • Answer and respond to incoming calls quickly and efficiently
  • Contribute to the development of the company field sales activities.
  • Compliance with all existing company systems, procedures and work practices
  • Responsibility for the image projected by the sales team – smart, punctual, clean car etc.
  • Develop and work within a team culture, assisting colleagues as and when required
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested by the sales and marketing manager and or senior Management team
  • Liaising with other departments, staff and group companies
  • Ensuring that IG Doors is always presented in a positive manner
  • The role will be principally field based but will also involve working at the head office for specific projects when required.
